Safety

All of our houses are subject to regular inspection and testing to ensure regulatory compliance and to ensure a comfortable and safe home for you to live in.

• You will be given a copy of the most recent Gas Safety Certificate. The inspection will be repeated each year by a qualified engineer.
• Each house also receives a legionella assessment, fire safety assessment and domestic electrical installation condition report.
• Personal safety is supported through the provision of modern door locks with the facility of key-less exit of external doors in case of fire.
• Smoke alarms are fitted in each bedroom and communal areas of the house.
• A carbon monoxide alarm is fitted in each house
