Incredibly nice and understanding team, nice houses and super quick and effective maintenence! When moved in house was clean and repainted. Overall incredible company and probably one of the best student housing options in Lincoln!

I have been living with WESP for over 3 years now in over 5 of their houses and with each tenancy I have only ever had positive experiences. The whole team - whether it be maintenance, finance or admin - are extremely welcoming and friendly and are always prepared to help. If you’re looking for a well maintained, stress-free living experience, WESP is a perfect example of how student housing companies should be run!
Absolutely brilliant service - the second any issues cropped up, WESP were responsive and dealt with them quickly! House was absolutely beautiful (very sad to leave!) and every step of the way we had support and guidance whenever we needed. Very personal and attentive team who actually care about their tenants, would definitely recommend to any students. Thank you so much!

I’ve had a really great experience and would 100% recommend WESP. I’ve stayed with them for 3 years since choosing my first tenancy with them in my 2nd year. I have just completed my master’s and now moving back home otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to renew with them again. My housemates and I stayed with WESP for our 2nd and 3rd years of study at the University of Lincoln. I would recommend them without a doubt. They were professional from the offset and formed a good relationship with us throughout our tenancy. Their houses are clean, modern and well maintained. The maintenance team are always happy to help with any requests or worries you might have. They always advocate reporting issues early so they can be quickly rectified. We had our boiler upgraded in our first house and the window panes updated in the second house. Staff are friendly and always available. 100% recommend WESP if you are a student looking for accommodation.

They had supported me while finding a new house when I was in need of one very badly. I was able to move in on the next day after I had talked to them and the property is really awesome. They gave a fully furnished modern house for me.

WESP have been great throughout the entire year i stayed with them, they were always quick with their responses for any queries that i had. They are extremely friendly and have been a pleasure to stay with.
I stayed with WESP for this last academic year and we have had no issues whatsoever. Any problem that occurs with the house is promptly fixed, maintenance requests are sorted within 24 hours. The house was clean and of good quality when we moved in, everywhere is painted each year as well as a full deep clean. Nicola and Stephen are both lovely people who always respond to there emails and say hi whenever we see them. Definitely without a doubt the best student accommodation in Lincoln managed by a good team who are reliable and experienced. I wish them all the best!
A great, well located house on South Parade well furnished with new kitchen and sofas provided and nicely decorated throughout. The amenities are good quality and there is ample space for 4 people in the house. Very amenable, fair and proactive landlords ..wish there were more like this !
We had heard horror stories about dodgy landlords and mouldy, dangerous accommodation, before our son left for Uni. All of those fears were allayed when we found West End, Their accommodation is of a high standard, secure and reasonably priced. Any maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly and without any fuss. For peace of mind, we would highly recommend Wesr End.

I was with them for two years and had a great experience. Any issues we had they got resolved very quickly and the maintenance man was very friendly and chatty. Would highly recommend!

I lived as a tenant for West End Student Property for 3 years, and never once had a single problem. If somethying needed fixing, it was fixed. If there were questions, they were answered. The team have always been direct, fair and friendly (even when coming at 4am to fix a dodgy fire alarm!). I wish them all the best.
